What Creeps Out at Night is a character study, where we follow Ava during a warm summer's day in Oslo. Struggling with the heavy feeling of loneliness, she desires to reach out and connect with others. The further into the night we go, that hunger becomes even greater to satisfy this need.

In Round Two we meet Hanne and Danel who have just had a successfull date and ended up at Hanne’s place. Here a breakdown of communication in an intimate situation, leads a blossoming romance into muddled waters, making them both feel confused and hurt, while leaving the audience pondering important and difficult questions about the grey areas of what constitutes abuse

Vebjørn (soon to be 30) has never had a girlfriend. He works as a mascot and ski instructor at a skiing resort. One day he crashes into the ski tourist, Polina, ruining her holiday. While he tries to make up for the accident, unexpected chemistry between the two arises. But Vebjørn's anxiety around girls soon catches up with him, as he struggles to get over the idea that no one can like him in a romantic way.

Axel is in love with his neighbor Anya. She however shows no interest in him. He is shy but finds comfort in incel and radical right wing groups online. His world comes crumbling down when she finally rejects him and Axel decides that if he can't win her over in the real world he will try to win her over in his dreams. Little by little he gets lost in his dreams and desires.
