Tempe Pigott (2 February 1884 – 6 October 1962) was an English silent and sound screen, as well as stage, character actress. Her film appearances were numerous. She is remembered mainly for playing the mother of Gibson Gowland in Greed (1925) and the landlady Mrs. Hawkins in Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde (1931). She was born in London, England and died in Woodland Hills, California, USA.
