a light and entertaining topic in Umatilla?

Nowadays it is hard to get away from stars, athletes or just the average Joe talking about politics or religion.  Social media such as Twitter has really put a cramp on “just having fun” conversations.

Finding anything to talk about that is not contentious is a challenge.

I would appreciate sharing my collecting experience with the guests at your next Umatilla festival or gathering.

I am happy to bring a fun and engaging Winnie the Pooh slideshow presentation.  During arrival mingle time I can also share fun Pooh Quiz Questions and Pooh quotes with a musical background.

There is nothing I appreciate doing more than share tales of my collecting escapades so if you need forty-five minutes or four hours filled – I am kinda like a gas and can fill any time frame needed.

A brief background:

I am pleased to be in the Guinness Book for having the Largest Winnie the Pooh and Friends Memorabilia collection in the world since 2008.

Since then, I have held the Guinness World Record title and have broken my own record multiple times.  My original record was set with having collected 3,891 items and today the record has reached to over 27,000.  Who knew there were so many things.

I very much enjoy collecting Winnie the Pooh “items”.   Many Umatilla individuals consider stuffed animals, figurines or books when they visualize the keepsakes.  The collection, however, is comprised of so much more: mugs, bracelets, sunglasses, bathroom items, holiday décor, toys, music – the list goes on and on …

The part of the presentation that I believe interests guests most is the fact at my husband, Gary, and I have had so many great “experiences” while collecting that has taken us across the US and across the world.

In my book, How It All Began, I give readers an opportunity to discover how collecting items has become collecting experiences while meeting amazing people.  I would enjoy meeting your amazing guests in Umatilla.
