These days it is challenging to get away from stars, athletes or just the average Joe talking about politics or religion.  Social media such as Facebook has really put a cramp on “just having fun” conversations.

Finding anything to talk about that is not heated is challenging.

I am elated to bring a fun and engaging Winnie the Pooh slideshow presentation.  During arrival mingle time I can also share fun Pooh Quiz Questions and Winnie-the-Pooh quotes with a musical background.

There is nothing I relish doing more than share tales of my collecting adventures so if you need 45 minutes or four hours filled – I am kinda like a gas and can fill any time frame you need.

A little background:

I am pleased to be in the Guinness Book for having the Largest Winnie-the-Pooh and Friends Memorabilia collection in the world since 2008.

Since then, I have held the Guinness World Record title and have broken my own record multiple times.  My initial record was set with having collected 3,891 items and today the record has reached in excess of 27,000.  Who knew there were so many things.

I very much enjoy collecting Pooh “items”.   Many Edgewood people think of stuffies, figurines or books when they visualize the collectables.  The collection, however, is comprised of so much more: candy dishes, rings, sunglasses, bathroom items, holiday décor, toys, music – the list goes on and on …

The part of the presentation that I believe interests invitees most is the fact at my husband, Gary, and I have had so many great “experiences” while collecting that has taken us across the United Stated and across the world.

In my book, How It All Began, I give readers an opportunity to discover how collecting items has become collecting experiences while meeting amazing people.  I would enjoy meeting your amazing people in Edgewood.
