These days it is challenging to get away from celebs, athletes or just the average Joe talking about political issues or religion.  Social media such as Instagram has really put a cramp on “just having fun” discussions.

Finding anything to talk about that is not controversial is challenging.

Well, if you are looking for a speaker in Caledonia who is not a stars, sports persons, politician and who is above average in fun you have come to the right place.

I would appreciate sharing my collecting experience with the guests at your next Caledonia breakfast or gathering.

I am happy to bring a entertaining and engaging Pooh slideshow presentation.  During arrival mingle time I can also share fun Winnie the Pooh Quiz Questions and Pooh quotes with a musical background.

There is nothing I relish doing more than share accounts of my collecting journeys so if you need 45 minutes or four hours filled – I am much like a gas and can fill any time frame needed.

A brief background:

I am thrilled to be in the Guinness Book for having the Largest Winnie-the-Pooh and Friends Memorabilia collection in the world since 2008.

Since then, I have held the Guinness World Record title and have broken my own record numerous times.  My original record was set with having collected 3,891 items and today the record has amassed in excess of 27,000.  Who knew there were so many items.

I very much appreciate collecting Pooh “items”.   Many Caledonia individuals think of plush, figurines or books when they imagine the memorabilia.  The collection, however, takes into account so much more: crockpots, rings, shirts, bathroom items, holiday décor, toys, music – the list goes on and on …

The part of the presentation that I believe interests guests most is the fact at my husband, Gary, and I have had so many delightful “experiences” while collecting that has taken us across the country and across the world.

In my book, How It All Began, I give readers an opportunity to discover how collecting items has become collecting experiences while meeting amazing people.  I would love meeting your amazing people in Caledonia.
