Nowadays it is tough to get away from stars, athletes or just the average Joe talking about political issues or religion.  Social media such as Facebook has really put a cramp on “just having fun” dialogue.

Finding anything to talk about that is not controversial is not easy.

I am happy to bring a fun and engaging Winnie-the-Pooh slideshow presentation.  During arrival mingle time I can also share entertaining Pooh Quiz Questions and Winnie the Pooh quotes with a musical background.

There is nothing I relish doing more than share accounts of my collecting journeys so if you need forty-five minutes or 4 hours filled – I am kinda like a gas and can fill any time frame you need.

A little background:

I am honored to be in the Guinness Book for having the Largest Pooh and Friends Memorabilia collection in the world since 2008.

Since then, I have held the Guinness World Record title and have shattered my own record several times.  My first record was set with having collected 3,891 items and today the record has amassed in excess of 27,000.  Who knew there were so many things.

I very much enjoy collecting Winnie the Pooh “items”.   Many Hartford people consider stuffed animals, figurines or books when they visualize the memorabilia.  The collection, however, takes into account so much more: mugs, bracelets, hats, bathroom items, holiday décor, toys, music – the list goes on and on …

The part of the presentation that I believe interests guests most is the fact at my husband, Gary, and I have had so many great “experiences” while collecting that has taken us across the United Stated and across the world.

In my book, How It All Began, I give readers an opportunity to discover how collecting items has become collecting experiences while meeting amazing people.  I would enjoy meeting your amazing people in Hartford.
