Nowadays it is difficult to get away from stars, athletes or just the average Joe talking about political issues or religion.  Social media such as Instagram has really put a cramp on “just having fun” discussions.

Finding anything to chat about that is not heated is not easy.

Well, if you are looking for a speaker in Ottawa who is not a celebrities, sports persons, politician and who is above average in fun you have come to the right place.

I would relish sharing my collecting experience with the people at your next Ottawa festival or occasion.

I am elated to bring a fun and engaging Pooh slideshow presentation.  During arrival mingle time I can also share entertaining Winnie the Pooh Quiz Questions and Winnie-the-Pooh quotes with a musical background.

There is nothing I appreciate doing more than share stories of my collecting journeys so if you need forty-five minutes or 4 hours filled – I am kinda like a gas and can fill any time frame you need.

A little background:

I am flattered to be in the Guinness Book for having the Largest Winnie the Pooh and Friends Memorabilia collection in the world since 2008.

Since then, I have held the Guinness World Record title and have crushed my own record several times.  My original record was set with having collected 3,891 items and today the record has reached to over 27,000.  Who knew there were so many items.

I very much relish collecting Pooh “items”.   Many Ottawa people consider stuffed animals, figurines or books when they imagine the collectables.  The collection, however, takes into account so much more: candy dishes, rings, t-shirts, bathroom items, holiday décor, toys, music – the list goes on and on …

The part of the presentation that I believe interests people most is the fact at my husband, Gary, and I have had so many delightful “experiences” while collecting that has taken us across the United Stated and across the world.

In my book, How It All Began, I give readers an opportunity to discover how collecting items has become collecting experiences while meeting amazing people.  I would appreciate meeting your amazing invitees in Ottawa.
