Eric Clapton discusses who has influenced him throughout his career, with clips of performances by Howlin' Wolf, Buddy Guy, Muddy Waters, B.B. King, etc. Filmed by director Martin Scorcese, this documentary was broadcast once on PBS stations, but never officially released for reasons which remain unclear. A planned release on home video was slated for early summer 1995, and Warner/Reprise produced a limited number of advance copies to be used for promotion.

Eric Clapton and His Band are wrapping up their 2013 concerts this week with two shows in Basel, Switzerland. The shows are part of the “Baloise Sessions” indoor concert series and happen at the Event Halle in Basel. As a memorial to George Harrison on the first anniversary of his passing, The Concert for George was held at the Royal Albert Hall in London on 29 November 2002 . Organized by Harrison's widow, Olivia, and son, Dhani, and arranged under the musical direction of Eric Clapton and Jeff Lynne. A benefit for Harrison's Material World Charitable Foundation, the all-star concert took place on the day of the first anniversary of his death. Proceeds from the film also went to the Material World Charitable Foundation. The film was shot using discreet cameras from over twelve locations.
