Marika Domińczyk (doh-MEEN-chik; born July 7, 1980) is a Polish-born American actress. She is best known for her role as Dr. Eliza Minnick on Grey's Anatomy, season 13.

She has been married to actor Scott Foley since 2007 and they have 3 children. Her sisters are actresses Dagmara Domińczyk and Veronika Domińczyk.
