For the first time ever, the Museum of Pop Culture's highly-anticipated Founders Award annual fundraiser event will be free to the public, streaming online Tuesday, December 1 as MoPOP honors Seattle's own Alice in Chains. The one-night-only benefit will be broadcast virtually beginning at 6 p.m. PT featuring unforgettable performances by Alice in Chains, as well as an acclaimed lineup of musicians who will put their own twist on some of the band's most iconic songs.

Class Action Park explores the legend, legacy, and truth behind the 1980s water park in Vernon, New Jersey that long ago entered the realm of myth. Known for its dangerous, unsupervised rides and lack of regulation, guests of Action Park expected to walk away with injuries and were lucky if they made it out alive. Shirking the trappings of nostalgia, the film uses investigative journalism, original animations, recordings, and interviews with the people who lived it to reveal the true story of Action Park.

In the latest episode of “Icons”, Gibson TV sits down with one of the most iconic rock musicians of our generation, Jerry Cantrell to learn about his early years in Spanaway, Washington and the birth of the Seattle sound. The show takes a deep dive into his 30-plus year career in music as the guitarist, vocalist, and songwriter of Alice In Chains, and as a solo artist. Cantrell’s career outside of Alice in Chains has consisted of two solo albums and contributions to major film soundtracks. Jerry’s first solo album, Boggy Depot, was released in 1998, followed by his second album Degradation Trip (2002). In addition to his solo artist work, Jerry Cantrell has released music on soundtracks for several films including Spider-Man, The Cable Guy, John Wick 2, Last Action Hero, and The Punisher.

A mysterious short film that premiered around father's day and features Jerry Cantrell of Alice in Chains fame. The short centers around a group of middle-aged friends who play as a band based on their favorite rock music. Things become hectic when one of their guitar players becomes overbearing and far too demanding of the group's performance.

Because it is no longer for sale, original copies are considered a rarity. However, in 2006, Best Buy offered a DVD version for free for a limited time with purchases of The Essential Alice in Chains. Live Facelift is a video released in 1991 by the American rock band Alice in Chains containing live footage of songs off of their debut album, Facelift. The video has been certified gold by the RIAA with excess sales of 50,000 copies.[1]

Live at Home is a live concert DVD released in 2002 filmed in Nickelback's home province of Alberta, Canada during the tour supporting their album Silver Side Up. The concert was in Edmonton on February 25, 2002 at Skyreach Centre. The concert contained an audience of 25,000 people, the greatest number of people to ever attend the arena. Near the end of the show Jerry Cantrell, joined the group to perform the song "It Ain't Like That". During the encore, the band performs an acoustic version of the song Mistake, a cover of Big Wreck.

Interspersed between most of the videos are home video clips of the band on the road and in the studio. An early documentary of the band is also included which shows their life before signing to Columbia, and features performances of the early songs "Social Parasite", "I Can't Have You Blues" and "Queen of the Rodeo".
