1787, France. While investigating a series of mysterious murders, Joseph Guillotin - the future inventor of the world famous ‘Guillotine’ - uncovers an unknown virus: the Blue Blood. The disease quickly spreads amongst the French aristocracy, driving them to murder ordinary people and soon leads to a rebellion.

As a rowdy team of detectives clashes with their disciplined new boss, they must catch a vicious band of robbers who are wreaking havoc on their city.

Near future : After the Crisis, the people of Europe have risen. Civil wars create havoc everywhere on the old continent. After six years of fighting, Europe is split into two. The insurgents have taken over the South. The North uses Private Military Companies. Their mission : To spread the Blue Turtle into the south territory. This synthetic drug creates a sudden addiction. The South drowns in chaos and madness. The Private military Companies use that time behind enemy lines to set up nuke trafficking. Their suppliers are lawless mercenaries who roam into this outlawed zone called : Jungleland.

June 1944. The landing. The American airport parachutes its best men in the heart of occupied France. The best ? Not only ... Four lost soldiers form an improvised unit, united by a total incompetence for the war and determined to "hide while waiting for it to pass". Because if the world is experiencing the largest armed conflict that humanity has ever known, they have every intention of staying alive ... and of crossing paths with French women as well ... What they don't know is that destiny has given them a much more important role. Clumsy, a little cowardly, endearing, they form the most special unit of the American armed forces: four morons who, without really doing it on purpose, will change the course of history ... They are the Lazy Company.

The Arbac de Neuvilles are one of the oldest families in France. They have inhabited their ancient château for fifty-two generations and are proud of their noble ancestry. But today they are stone broke. When a bailiff turns up notifying them that they owe two million euros in back taxes, these proud aristocrats are understandably shaken to the core of their ancestral seat. Just how are they to find this amount of money when none of them has any capacity for work?

Raised as a slave, Danny is used to fighting for his survival. In fact, his "master," Bart, thinks of him as a pet and goes as far as leashing him with a collar so they can make money in fight clubs, where Danny is the main contender. When Bart's crew is in a car accident, Danny escapes and meets a blind, kindhearted piano tuner who takes him in and uses music to free the fighter's long-buried heart.

After hiding his loot and getting thrown in jail, Ruby, a brooding outlaw encounters Quentin, a dim-witted and garrulous giant who befriends him. After Quentin botches a solo escape attempt, they make a break together. Unable to shake the clumsy Quentin Ruby is forced to take him along as he pursues his former partners in crime to avenge the death of the woman he loved and get to the money.

Outwardly a chilling portrait of the aimless lives of unemployed inner city youths living on society's fringe, the underlying message of this volatile drama seems to call for violence to rectify social injustices. The film centers on two teenaged gangs who basically terrorize their neighborhoods with their anarchic behavior. There are few limits to their unpleasant philosophy of "desire equals acquisition." The loosely structured tale reaches its climax at a concert where the two rival groups collide.
