AEW WrestleDream is an upcoming professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by the American promotion All Elite Wrestling (AEW). It will take place on October 1, 2023, at Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle, Washington. The event will be held in honor of New Japan Pro-Wrestling's (NJPW) founder Antonio Inoki, with the event taking place on the one-year anniversary of his passing.

After Wednesday night’s B Block finals, the full card has now been determined for the G1 Climax 31 final on Thursday October 21.

The G1 Climax is in its final week in Yokohama and Nippon Budokan. Monday October 18 will see the A Block finalist determined, as five remain in the running.

A Block hit match number eight of nine on October 13 in Sendai. With the competitors in the final stretch, tonight’s four tournament matches will set the stage for the block final in Yokohama on October 18.

The G1 returns to Osaka on Saturday October 9. With six of nine block matches over, it’s the final stretch for A Block, and every win is vital on the road to next week’s block final in Yokohama.

As the tournament enters its second half, A Block hit Hiroshima less than a fortnight away from their final matches in Yokohama on October 18.

But the state of emergency was imposed in Japan due to COVID-19. The first part of Wrestle Grand Slam (in Tokyo Dome) took place on 25 July 2021 from Tokyo, Japan.

Dominion 6.6 in Osaka-jo Hall was an professional wrestling event promoted by New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW). The event took place on June 7, 2021, in Osaka, Osaka, at the Osaka-jō Hall and is the thirteen event under the Dominion name and sixth in a row to take place at the Osaka-jō Hall. The event was originally planned to take place on June 6, but was postponed to the following day due to the state of emergency in Japan because of the COVID-19 pandemic, although the name of the event was not changed. New Japan Pro Wrestling will be making its return to Ryogoku Sumo Hall on April 4th, 2021 for Sakura Genesis, an event that was once an annual fixture of the New Japan calendar. The Fantasticamania 2015 event was a series of six professional wrestling events in Japan, co-produced by the Japanese promotion New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) and the Mexican promotion Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL) and took place between January 13 and 19, 2015. The 2015 shows were the fifth time that NJPW and CMLL have co-promoted shows in Japan under the Fantasticamania name. The 2015 event featured six shows in total, one more than the Fantasticamania 2014 series, and the most shows of any year to date. The 2015 show was the first time the joint show will be held in Takamatsu and Kyoto while it had previously held shows in both Tokyo and Osaka.

Fantasticamania 2014 was a series of five professional wrestling events co-produced by Japanese promotion New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) and Mexican promotion Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL) taking place between January 15 and 19, 2014. 2014 was the fourth year in which NJPW and CMLL come together to produce Fantasticamania events, but the first time they held five events in one year, compared to two events in 2011 and 2012 and three in 2013. 2014 also marked the first time Fantasticamania events were held outside of Tokyo's Korakuen Hall, with the January 14 taking place in Osaka, Osaka at the Bodymaker Colosseum, the January 15 event in Kyoto, Kyoto at the KBS Hall and the January 17 event in Tokyo's Shin-Kiba 1st Ring, while the January 18 and 19 events were still held in Korakuen Hall. 2014 marked the first time some of the Fantasticamania events were broadcast on pay-per-view (PPV).

The G1 (Grade One) Climax professional wrestling tournament is a weeklong event held each August by the New Japan Pro Wrestling promotion. The G1 draws standing room only crowds each night, record receipt gates and generates front-page coverage on the sports sections of several of the daily newspapers in Tokyo. Though it has sometimes been held as a single-elimination tournament, it is usually (and currently) held as a round-robin, with winners from two blocks wrestling in the final to decide that year's winner. The winner of each block is determined by a points system; two points for a victory, one point for a draw, and zero points for a loss.
