Chris Orchard (born August 6, 1951) is English-born Australian television actor and musician.

He studied at the prestigious National Institute of Dramatic Art in Sydney. He was lead actor in the TV series, Young Doctors, and was targeted by Crawford Productions for several series including the period drama Carson's Law in which he played the wayward son Tommy Carson with great distinction. Chris was offered the lead role in the show Prime Time. He was a regular on E Street for 18 months.

Chris works regularly as a solo artist and with his friend Shane O'Farrell in the duo Orchard and O' Farrell.
