Mark Martin is an American racing driver who drove full-time in the NASCAR Cup Series from 1988 to 2006 and 2009 to 2011. Retiring in 2011 without a championship, he is thought to be one of the greatest drivers in NASCAR who failed to win a championship in their career. He was inducted into the NASCAR Hall of Fame in 2017.
