David Frizzell is an American country music singer and occasional actor. He is the younger brother of country musician, Lefty Frizzell. His career started in the late 1950s, but his biggest success came in the 1980s. He had several popular duet albums in the 1980s with Shelly West, along with solo efforts. His best-known songs are the solo "I'm Gonna Hire A Wino to Decorate Our Home" and the Shelly West duet "You're The Reason God Made Oklahoma", which was featured in the Clint Eastwood movie Any Which Way You Can.
