At Tomten's home in the North Pole, preparations are underway for Christmas. The snowman and the elves don't have wish lists, so Santa's workshop only runs at half speed. The problem is that people in the ordinary world have stopped believing in Santa's existence. And if everyone stops believing in Santa, the lamp of light goes out and the world of Santa comes to an end. Santa needs to pull himself up quickly and Mother Santa and the whole family are fighting to get Santa back on track, before it's too late.

A girl's grief and a father's betrayal.

Mona Bergström is a sweet eurovision-obsessed woman in her 30s. She is married to a lazy husband and has four children, all named after her favorite Swedish Eurovision popstars. Her brother is a crossdressing guy self-titled "Candy Darling". Mona works in a retirement home for disabled people, where she is responsible for taking care of a young man named David who suffers a movement-restricting disease forcing him into a wheelchair. David's parents have abandoned him, as they wanted a normal child. Mona holds a big place in David's heart, and vica versa. David's goal is to get his parents to come and visit him, and he wants to show them that he is a great person, despite his handicap. Therefore he works with music on his computer, and his goal is to create a song, send it to "The Cardigans", a famous Swedish band and have them play the song and credit him, hoping his parents would spot it and want to visit him.

A mysterious stranger, Meisner, arrives in a northern Swedish town in 1820, calling himself a magnetist - an amalgam of hypnotist and healer - and claiming he can cure diseases un-treatable by doctors. Ignoring the objections of his colleagues, Dr. Selander allows Meisner to cure his blind daughter, Maria, who not only regains her sight, but also falls in love with the charismatic magnetist. Dark secrets and repressed memories start to emerge, amidst the love between father and daughter, man and woman.

One of them gets a presentation first in every episode, when we get into their special and relaxed relationship to each other. Percy is always after money and his ways to entice sponsors get more and more unconventional. We also follow the main radio host Glenn Killing with various (and often peculiar) guests. And also other shows like a reggae program, a Friday party program, teenage psychologist (and stereo fetishist) Farbror Barbro and Percy's own "Management Profile".
