It took place on March 3, 2024, at the Greensboro Coliseum in Greensboro, North Carolina, marking AEW's first PPV to be held in North Carolina. The event hosted the final match in Sting's nearly 40-year career, and was held at the same venue in which he had faced Ric Flair for the NWA World Heavyweight Championship at Clash of the Champions I in March 1988, which is considered to be the match that established Sting as a top wrestler in the industry. Eleven matches were contested at the event, including two on the "Zero Hour" pre-show. The main event was Sting's retirement match in which he and Darby Allin faced off against The Young Bucks (Matthew Jackson and Nicholas Jackson) in a tornado tag team match to for the AEW World Tag Team Championship.

AEW: Worlds End was a professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by All Elite Wrestling (AEW). It took place on Saturday, December 30, 2023, at the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Uniondale, New York on Long Island, marking the company's first PPV to be held in the state of New York. The event featured the final of the inaugural Continental Classic to crown the inaugural AEW Continental Champion, and subsequently, AEW's first "American Triple Crown Champion." Hell Freezes Over was a wrestling event held by Ring of Honor. It took place on January 14, 2006 at the Pennsylvania National Guard Armory in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The show’s name comes from the main event, as ROH World Champion Bryan Danielson takes on Combat Zone Wrestling’s Chris Hero. The match came about after Danielson and Hero made several comments about each other on the internet. Danielson then sent an open contract for a shot at the ROH World Championship to CZW, who then signed Hero. Earlier in the day, CZW held An Afternoon of Main Events at the New Alhambra Arena in Philadelphia. During the show, Bryan Danielson, ROH Pure Champion Nigel McGuinness, and ROH Tag Team Champions Austin Aries and Roderick Strong jumped the guard rail, starting a fight with several CZW wrestlers. The show would be the start of the Ring of Honor vs. Combat Zone Wrestling feud, which would last for seven months.

Steel Cage Warfare was a professional wrestling event promoted by Ring of Honor. It took place on December 3, 2005 at the Basketball City in New York, New York. The show’s name comes from its main event, as rival factions Generation Next and The Embassy were set to end their six-month long feud in the first ever Steel Cage Warfare match.

Vendetta was a wrestling event promoted by Ring of Honor. It took place on November 5, 2005 at the Frontier Fieldhouse in Chicago Ridge, Illinois. The main event featured The Embassy (Jimmy Rave, Alex Shelley, Abyss & Prince Nana) battling AJ Styles & Generation Next (Austin Aries, Jack Evans & Matt Sydal).

Enter the Dragon was a wrestling event promoted by Ring of Honor. It took place on October 14, 2005 at the Gray's Armory in Cleveland, Ohio. The shows name is in reference to Bryan Danielson, who was making his first defense of the ROH World Championship.

Death before Dishonor III was a professional wrestling event promoted by Ring of Honor. It took place on June 18, 2005 in Morristown, New Jersey. The main event saw CM Punk, in what was to be his final match for Ring of Honor, challenge Austin Aries for the ROH World Championship. Throughout the DVD release, several clips are shown highlighting Punk's career in ROH.

Crowning a Champion was a wrestling show held by Ring of Honor. It took place on July 27, 2002 at the Murphy Recreational Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The shows main event featured Christopher Daniels, Doug Williams, Low Ki and Spanky competing in a one-hour Iron Man match to become the first ROH Champion. The four earned the right to compete for the title by winning their respects brackets in the Road to the Title tournament. The rules for the match was that for every pin and submission a wrestler scored, they would gain two points, but if they were defeated or submitted, they would lose one point.
