This is a story of two women and their different ways of dealing with loneliness. Christy meets two new guys after she is dumped by her boyfriend Johnny. Although she is tempted by both, she also realizes that she must be strong. Helena, on the other hand, finds herself driven into an extra-marital affair by her husband's constant trips and a growing paranoia that he is cheating on her.

After a failed operation that leaves several cops dead or wounded Officer Fong Jing wakes up at the hospital and discovers that he can see ghosts.

Dai Fusheng (played by Lin Jiadong), Liu Ersuo (played by Chen Haomin) and Hui Ting (played by Zhang Shenyue) met in an orphanage. The helpless three regard each other as their own family members, and their relationship is very close. Dai Fusheng is old and willing to give, so he has always played the role of the brother among the three, while Liu Ersuo, who is idle and not doing business, depends entirely on Dai Fusheng's shelter. 　　 In fact, Hui Ting has been silently admiring Dai Fusheng, but Hui Ting knows that Dai Fusheng only regards herself as her younger sister, and her feelings for herself are only family affection, and what he really likes is a woman named Yin Xueyi (played by Ye Xuan). This medium length feature was produced by the HK TV station RTHK and the Government of HK within the anti smoking campaign. This is the first and unique film written and directed by Leslie Cheung. The movie was made in September 2000. Although many big stars appear in the movie, the budget was very modest: 700,000 HK$!

A film crew travels to the Hong Kong countryside to make an 'MTV' show. During their stay at the village, the crew hears eerie and horrific voices during the night and witnesses a phantom roaming around the premises. He is joined by his sister and a friend who is familiar with the occult. They soon find out that the ghost targets people from a certain village where 66 people died long ago. They desperately try to find a solution to appease the spirit.
