The boss first introduced the members of the criminal group, which must include the mean leader Ma Liang, and Niu Lanchang, who recently joined the group. He also has a subordinate He Dong has a fiery personality and is ruthless. She was assigned as a dancing girl by his boss and got close to Niu Lanchang at an easy opportunity. Gradually, Niu Lanchang also accepted her. There were scenes of hand-to-hand fighting in the process, but she was willing to sacrifice her own life and fight with Niu Lanchang in order to solve the criminal group. After Niu Lanchang's many failed crimes, he began to doubt her.

Along with Fung, Joe goes to rescue Gucci and his wife, while his wife delivers a baby. After a severe fight against the robbers, Joe finally wins but drops down as he runs out of his electric power...
