Kurt and his friends disappeared during a camping trip in the California Desert. One year later, still coming to terms with her loss, Kurt's girlfriend, Lisa, is contacted by a retired sheriff who may be able to help her uncover the truth surrounding the mysterious disappearances.

In June of 1994, one of the most brutal mass slaughters in history occurred in the backwoods of northern New England. Four months later, history is about to repeat itself.
