Johnny Wadd has rescued Doreen during his Mexico adventure and returned to San Francisco, where he is hired by a special drug investigation unit to bust up a group importing cocaine from south of the border. Wadd enjoys two heated sexual liasons while keeping his nose to the grindstone for information about the drug smugglers. Holmes and Chinn faceoff again in fisticuffs as Wadd puts the finishing touches on solving the case.

An evil doctor kidnaps, drugs and hypnotises young women into becoming assassins and sex slaves. John Leslie plays a cop who tracks down and tries to foil the nefarious scheme. Then, his own sister is recruited into the doctor's workforce and is sent out to kill him.

Pleasure Masters is two unconnected stories, the first is about a guy with a Japanese housemaid and his girlfriend (who sucks lollipops and has shaved pubes). The second story is set in San Francisco in 1890, a coach drawn by horse is lost in the fog. The male occupants all end up in a brothel and have a wild time. The next morning they learn that is had burned down many years ago and all the occupants were killed in the fire.
