The new reality changes the usual life in the village of Babylon. Attempts to communize the small town are met with resistance from the rich people living in the town. However, anti-Semitism is rife in their environment, and they flee to escape an upcoming conflict. Journeying together, they demonstrate their inseparability.

But the peculiarity of the situation lies in the fact that between these characters really surprising similarities, which will become the reason for the emergence of a whole series of all sorts of oddities. It is not known whether they can return to their seats, because none of the participants in these events is not how it all happened. And viewers will get a whole lot of emotions and experiences, because to watch it all from the really interesting, as the arisen situation can hardly be called a typical and familiar to modern movies.

Many feats will be performed by the national hero Tilbert (Thyl) Ulenspiegel and his friend Lamme Gudzak before peace returns to their homeland.

The film is based on the story "Hunter's Smiles" by writer Ostap Vishnya. Once a year, it would seem, normal, even very respectable people are turning into children who have received a long-awaited toy, or to some kind of "barons of münchhausen". Famous singers, famous surgeons, pensioners, peaceful accountants - all fall into childhood: they store up with waders, dry gunpowder, clean hunting rifles.
