The lives of different people and also different worlds are entangled. Of the night and the margin on the one hand, of the day and the legal order on the other. A couple hires a young migrant to be their surrogate mother and moves her to their beautiful villa. Tribulations abound during the voyage, following the dramas of several unfortunate young women upon whom nasty characters preyed, as Nikki struggles with her feelings for the photographer.
