Director Nana Ghana gracefully captures the morning rituals and untold stories of uncertainty, struggle and success. Considered a love letter to the real and diverse women of Los Angeles, Ghana's documentary is a distinct celebration of the female voice.

A tormented young woman haunted by a recurring dream is catapulted into a peculiar and deviant world where she is confronted by the duality of her existence.

The film follows an artist (Nate Ruess) in the midst of failing to reach the greatness of his previous albums, and being pressured by most of the people around him to make something even better. During this time, he falls in love with his boss' secretary, played by Tessa Thompson.

Benjamin has lost his wife and, in a bid to start his life over, purchases a large house that has a zoo – welcome news for his daughter, but his son is not happy about it. The zoo is in need of renovation and Benjamin sets about the work with the head keeper and the rest of the staff, but, the zoo soon runs into financial trouble.

Twelve celebrities are abandoned in the Australian jungle. In order to earn food, they must perform Bushtucker Trials which challenge them physically and mentally.
