In a small North German village a drama played out during and shortly after the Second World War about duty versus individual conscience and morality.

The SOKO Köln investigates the cathedral city with humor and often with hard work. Their cases take them into a variety of environments, from the Cologne clique to the terraced housing estates on the outskirts of the city.

Driven into isolation by alcohol and leeching friends, a bad job and a possessive girlfriend, a desperate artist is losing himself in the alluring illusion of a perfect love. An illusion though, that triggers dreams and desires that lay forever dormant. It is the illusion of a perfect love, free of judgment and expectation. But can his love survive?
