Charlie Chuck was born as David Kear. He is an actor, known for The Smell of Reeves and Mortimer (1993), Bait (2014) and Adult Babies (2017).

Appeared on Tiswas in 1981, drumming in the band Amazing Bavarian Stompers.

Uncle Peter's catch-phrases in The Smell of Reeves and Mortimer, "Woof! Bark! Donkey!" and just plain "Donkey!", had been part of his Charlie Chuck stage act for many years.

Was briefly a drummer for the Small Faces.
