Police detective Dick Copper investigates the murder of an undercover cop who was rubbed out by the mob. Copper persuades the man's wife to use herself as sexual bait in order for Copper to nab the mobsters responsible for the hit.

In this parody of the comic strip "Li'l Abner", a hillbilly named Big Abner, who is the "champion of the mountain folk", spends much of his time pleasuring the women of his hick town.
