After a man loses his child, he begins a campaign to destroy the white collar criminals behind the opioid epidemic, and reluctantly embraces his anti-hero status.

Follows a detective who was fired from the department and is depressed after his wife was murdered. He is asked back to the department when a new run of killings look tied to his wife's death and the killer appears to be teasing him.
