An aspiring teenage filmmaker gets hired by a production company to make sketch comedy for teens.

Once Upon A Time, a brave little hero wished to become King of LA to avoid paying her parking tickets. But the evil rulers of LA thought this wasn’t a good movie premise. So begins a triumphant battle of imagination versus facts, through real and imagined versions of tinsel town.
