Pig Heart Boy is a children's novel by Malorie Blackman which was first published in 1997. It was shortlisted for the Carnegie Medal. The novel was adapted into a television series, which was broadcast by the BBC in 1999.

Cameron, a 13-year-old boy whose heart is failing. The only possible solution is an experimental transplant operation in which he's given a pig's heart. His father is determined to try anything to keep him alive, but his mother is not so sure.
