Born Bobby Wayne Pearson, he was a singer and comedian. He had a couple of hit records, was in a couple of movies (including Bye-Bye Birdie), and worked behind the camera with a couple of porn films. He developed cancer and he and his partner moved to be closer to Pearson's mother. He died at 49.
