Ingrid Mason (born June 1952) is an Australian actress and writer. She graduated from NIDA in 1973. Mason had a long running role on TV in The Sullivans. She was originally cast as Miranda in Picnic at Hanging Rock before being replaced by Anne-Louise Lambert and then being given a different part. Ingrid is the daughter of an Australian planter and coastwatcher, Paul Edward Allen Mason.
