Film Ashok Chakra is a war against terrorism where film gets the news through Assab that who are putting these men to become human bombs. These human bombs are made in quantity and sent to different countries to spread terror. Mohan Kumar's diligence and honesty lands him in trouble with Balwant Singh Kalra, Jugal Kishore Ahuja, and Mr. Bhandari. Together the trio frame and imprison Mohan and make him watch helplessly as his wife is killed.
