Kate Reilly

Kate Reilly wrote and directed Memories to Choke On, Drinks to Wash Them Down with Leung Ming-kai. She also acted in the film. Memories premiered internationally at Rotterdam and was received the Best Screenplay Award from the Hong Kong Film Critics Society in 2021.

Previously an actor in New York, Reilly provided months of acting training and coaching to the children in the feature film The Sunny Side of the Street, including 2023 Hong Kong Film Awards Best New Performer winner Sahal Zaman.
