Joseph Lyle Menéndez is an American man who, together with his brother, Erik, infamously murdered parents José and Kitty Menéndez in 1989. The brothers testified that they had been sexually abused for years by both of their parents. Lyle is currently serving a life sentence without the possibility of parole at Richard J. Donovan Correctional Facility in San Diego, California.
