Janet Prescott (born Janet Lynn Curtis) began her acting career as a contract player for Universal Pictures from 1977-1980, becoming a series regular on The Misadventures of Sheriff Lobo (1979). She began producing as an associate producer on The Fall Guy (1981), and continued to work as a producer at Fox. She was the second wife of Glen A. Larson, the creator of a number of hit TV shows, from 1982-2008, with whom she had two daughters.
