Julian Merrill

Julian Merrill is a filmmaker, director, actor, and editor known for directing the short films Mystery Ten (2018) and Save the Date (2019), the latter of which he co-directed with Aidan Patrick Griffin. Merrill is also known for writing and directing the short film "Papers" (2020). Additionally, with Matthew Hoobin and Keyont'e Howard, Merrill created a segment about animator Jake Sloan for the WEDU/PBS television program WEDU Arts Plus (2013).

Merrill's YouTube channel, 6Weeks, has over 280 subscribers. The channel features not only Merrill's short films, but also a number of comedic skits, including "Dude, Let Me Use Your Bathroom" (2019), "Dude, the sign says Closed." (2019), "Crazy New Year's Resolutions" (2020), "Coronavirus is Boring" (2020), "Awkward Drug Deal" (2020), and "Crazy New Year's Resolutions" (2021).
