James Watson

James Watson is an American scientist who earned a B.Sc. degree in Zoology from the University of Chicago in 1947 and received a Ph.D. degree in Zoology in 1950 from Indiana University. He is the co-discoverer of the double helix structure of DNA in 1953, and shared the 1962 Nobel Prize for Physiology or Medicine for his research.
