Upon discovering their film will be released to the town they stole money from to make it 25 years before, the original cast seeks out the remaining person who would know the whereabouts of their unfinished project before it's too late.

A genius, seventeen-year-old drug dealer/musician comes to realize that the 'victimless crime' of helping his friends get high has connected him with vicious mobsters and ruthless thieves.
