A feud between two families in the quaint town of Sag Harbor on Long Island, N.Y., starkly illustrates the difference between old and new money; based on the novel of the same name.

Kadiatou left Conakry to join her sister in the village. She fled her husband who doesn't want to divorce. In the village, where she lived all her childhood, she is confronted with traditions which she finds obsolete.
