This film follows the lead character, Max Hell, who goes on a mission to rescue Dr. Trixi T from the clutches of the evil Mickey O'Malley.

In a post-apocalyptic world where rollerblading is the chief means of travel, the evil Pharoah sends his minions outside the Wheel Zone to abduct a psychic.
