No one knows the woods like Paul. For twenty years he has hunted for the monster that killed his father. Things soon take a turn for the worse and Paul is forced to call Beth. Now the woods are crawling with local authorities and volunteers. What begins as a three-day trip to find foster care turns into weeks of farm-life mayhem – and the realization that he doesn’t need to find them a home, they’ve found one for him.
