Two whimsical, aimless thugs harass and assault women, steal, murder, and alternately charm, fight, or sprint their way out of trouble. They take whatever the bourgeoisie holds dear, whether it’s cars, peace of mind, or daughters. Marie-Ange, a jaded, passive hairdresser, joins them as lover, cook, and mother confessor. She’s on her own search for seemingly unattainable sexual pleasure.

The film describes a strike in a French textile factory, when the striking workers occupy the factory.

When they realize the times are changing, five crooks decide to switch from bank robberies to personality abductions.

Is doubt allowed in love? In this police investigation, feelings interfere with the investigation. While a murder has been committed, the benefit of the doubt as to the identity of the murderer is obviously allowed. Love, jealousy, passion and crime make up the essence of this thriller crime drama.

At Theater tonight is a TV show broadcasted from 25th August 1966 to 21st September 1985. The show is broadcast plays recorded in two or three days, during public performances at the Théâtre Marigny on the Champs-Élysées, or sometimes Edouard VII theater.

Police inspector, Landais is caught in a tough situation. Daniele has murdered her husband, yet after the inspector starts investigating the case, he is completely overcome by her. Her obvious attractions have him in thrall and eventually he realizes he will do anything not to lose her. His solution is to cover up for her crime, after which things begin to go poorly.

It is fruit-picking season in the plain and pickers come from all over and live in a camp for several weeks. After work each day, Kissa queens it in the cabaret on shore, and derives great pleasure in arousing jealousy between the men.

Two French paras who had lived through deadly situations in Algeria, meet again in civil life. Frapier is a newspaper reporter, and one day finds his friend Porte - surrounded by the police after a car theft, and an accidental killing of a police officer. He helps him escape, and provides shelter with the complicity of his girlfriend Vera. Later, Frapier will have doubts about Vera's love, and lives a passionate night with beautiful Arabelle. However, he finds himself playing a game of life and death both with Vera, and Porte. It will end in sadness for one, and death for another.

During the German occupation, Jeanne Moncatel, pretty but complexed, has to put up with her mother, a cantankerous old woman who keeps telling her she's ugly, which she also believes. She takes in Pierre Ségur, who was fleeing the Germans and had his eyes burned out. His life is turned upside down.

Released from prison, Arlette returns to her job as a cabaret star. The police try to get her to confess where the stolen jewels are hidden.
