Ron Slick is a Washington lobbyist who comes by Dr. Fez's "clicker" invention, which makes women errogeneously ex-tra-cited; Slick uses the clicker on a senator, a reporter, a police officer and two federal agents.

While searching for his kid sister Lisa, who disappeared into the seamy world of Los Angeles strip clubs, streetwise cabbie Rick meets Angie, a woman forced to dance to pay off the debts her father incurred while gambling. Rick's search for his sister becomes more desperate as he finds out more about the dark world of power and intrigue hidden beneath the city's neon lights.

The "Clicker," based upon the comic book of Milo Manara, falls (literally) into the hands of Linda and Ben who use it to save the Spa at which they work.

L.A's most beautiful women are disappearing and found dead. The mayor of Los Angeles is aware that a crazed killer is on the loose and orders a special team to be set up called the L.A Task Force, but time is running out.
