Wagdy presented a number of films and series.

He obtained a Bachelor's degree from the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts, Department of Acting and Directing, class of 1975 AD, and worked in the Egyptian Ministry of Culture at the Vanguard Theater with the rank of a capable artist.

He started acting and appeared in many works of art in supporting roles
