James Leslie 'Les' Binks, is a Northern Irish heavy metal drummer. He was the drummer for Judas Priest from 1977 to 1979.

In 2022, Binks was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a member of Judas Priest via the Award for Musical Excellence. Les played a 3 song set with Judas Priest at their Rock and Roll hall of fame induction on the 5 November 2022, marking his first appearance with the band in 43 years.
