Marianne Howard is an Australian retired actress and currently the founder and dance choreographer of a dancing school, best known as the plucky red-head Alice Sullivan on television soap opera, E Street. She is the mother of Australian actor Benson Jack Anthony.

After the final of E Street, Marianne retired from professional acting with only four more on screen roles across the next 30 years on the episodes of Water Rats, Always Greener, Wonderful and Diary of an Uber Driver in 2019 as Liz.
