Two brothers from opposite sides of the tracks are reunited as adults. Desperate circumstances force them into a deal with an organized crime syndicate in Boston, and a young women gets caught in the middle.

It follows a family as they come together at their estate under the pretext of celebrating their grandma's birthday, but they have come to ship her off to a nursing home and vie for the share of an inheritance in her wake.
