Jesse Gordon Spencer (born 12 February, 1979) is an Australian actor and musician. He is known for his roles as Billy Kennedy on the Australian soap opera Neighbours (1994–2000), for which he was nominated for two Logie Awards, Dr. Robert Chase on the American medical drama House (2004–2012) and Captain Matthew Casey on the American drama Chicago Fire (2012–2023).

It manages to get loose from his basement, it launches a reign of terror through the community that doesn't seem to end. Realizing the true intentions of the gargoyles, they race to stop them before they complete their mission.
