Jesse Conde (born October 10, 1952) is a Mexican voice, theater and television actor, originally from Tabasco. His characters include, most of the time, older adults, villains or characters who can sometimes be moody, hyperactive or funny. He is best recognized for voicing Mr. Potato Head in the Toy Story franchise, the Green Goblin in the Spider-Man film trilogy and in Spider-Man: No Way Home, Captain Hector Barbossa in the Pirates franchise. from the Caribbean, the Joker in the 1989 Batman film dub, and Professor Kōzō Fuyutsuki in Neon Genesis Evangelion.
